Comprehensive Final Examination
A web-based, case-focused examination consolidating knowledge from Module I and Module II for full curriculum mastery — teaching practitioners to implement therapies safely and effectively, with the latest information to keep them current in the field.
Complied with and fully completed the application process; hold current AMMG membership.
Attendance of 45 hours of continuing education through H.E.A.T. Academy events or AMMG Conferences.
Successfully completed Module I — Self-Study, Essential Knowledge in Age Management Medicine, including the online examination.
Successfully completed Module II — Didactic Lectures & Case Studies, Advanced Topics in Age Management Medicine.
Successfully completed Module III — including the case-based final examination.
Certification requirements

- ✓ Complete and submit the application; hold current AMMG membership.
- ✓ Successfully complete Module I — Self-Study, Essential Knowledge in Age Management Medicine, including the online examination.
- ✓ Successfully complete Module II — Didactic Lectures & Case Studies, Advanced Topics in Age Management Medicine.
- ✓ Successfully complete Module III — including the case-based final examination.
- ✓ Submit a copy of your résumé or curriculum vitae, and your professional license if your jurisdiction requires one.
- ✓ Complete 45 hours of qualifying continuing education in Age Management / Longevity Medicine.
45 hours of continuing education required
H.E.A.T., our Thailand partner organization, has asked AMMG to implement a provision already in place for AMMG's USA students: 45 hours of continuing education in Age Management or Longevity Medicine, in addition to the three Certification Modules.

Attend an AMMG conference (USA)
Eligible educational sessions at an AMMG conference in the United States count toward the 45-hour requirement.

AMMG's online course library covers a range of topics and can fulfil some or all of the 45 hours. Not included in certification cost.
