A web-based, case-focused examination consolidating knowledge from Module I and Module II for full curriculum mastery — teaching practitioners to implement therapies safely and effectively, with the latest information to keep them current in the field.
Complied with and fully completed the application process; hold current AMMG membership.
Attendance of 40 hours at an AMMG conference or designated AMMG online courses on Age Management Medicine.
Successfully completed Module I — Self-Study, Essential Knowledge in Age Management Medicine, including the online examination.
Successfully completed Module II — Didactic Lectures & Case Studies, Advanced Topics in Age Management Medicine.
Successfully completed Module III — including the case-based final examination.
